Doctoral Fellowships

The Department of Education Reform offers two competitive and attractive merit-based fellowship awards. The Distinguished Doctoral Fellowship provides full tuition plus a total annual stipend of $30,000, and the Doctoral Academy Fellowship provides full tuition plus a total annual stipend of $20,000. Each of these awards allows for the candidate to gain valuable experience by doing research for 20 hours per week in the Department of Education Reform.

The Department of Education Reform can offer up to 10 doctoral fellowships. At this time, the Department of Education Reform does not have its own degree program. Instead, the department uses its doctoral fellowships to support students who enroll in related degree programs while remaining affiliated with and working in the Department of Education Reform.

For more details on doctoral fellowships, please download the Doctoral Fellowships FAQ (pdf).
