Step 2: Apply to department in which you wish to seek your degree. Below is a list of related degree programs. The list is not exhaustive, please contact the Department of Education Reform if you would like to know if your prospective program is considered related. Step 3: Submit Department of Education Reform Doctoral Fellowship Application, Essay (see application form), photocopies of GRE scores, and unofficial or photocopies of all transcripts.
