Graduate School Admission and Doctoral Fellowship Application Process
Step 1. Apply to the University of Arkansas Graduate School.
Step 2. Submit Department of Education Reform Doctoral Fellowship and Program Application, essay (see application form), photocopies of GRE scores, two letters of recommendation and unofficial or photocopies of all transcripts.
