Lina M. Anaya is a Ph.D. student in Education Policy and Research Assistant in the University of Arkansas Department of Education Reform. Originally from Cali-Colombia, Lina graduated from Icesi University with a B.S. in Economics and International Business. During her undergraduate studies, she interned as a research assistant in the Central Bank of Colombia (Bank of Republic of Colombia) and worked on research in industrial organization..
