Al Mansor is a Doctoral Academy Fellow and Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas’ Department of Education Reform. Al Mansor holds a Bachelor of Social Science (B.S.S) and Master of Social Science (M.S.S) in Political Science from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. After graduation he accepted a position as a Fellow at Teach For Bangladesh (3rd Cohort). From 2016-2017, Al Mansor taught 4th and 5th graders in a lower income and slum-based government primary school in Dhaka. In May of 2018, Al Mansor was accepted into the Education Policy Fellowship of Teach For All (TFA). From 2018 through July of 2022, as part of his job at an international nonprofit organization, he closely worked with schools located in the remote and hard-to-reach small islands (Char) in Bangladesh.
