Taylor is a Doctoral Fellow and Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas’ Department of Education Reform. She graduated in 2018 from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary English Education. After graduation she accepted a position as a high school English teacher at a public charter school in Louisiana, where she also served as the head softball and basketball coach.
In 2020, the STAND for Children Louisiana Program awarded Taylor a fellowship for its program. In May of 2022, Taylor graduated with a Master of Educational Leadership degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
